Service Description

SOUND FOR ALL – Community Sound Bath is an immersive group sound healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system restoration through intentional vibrational therapy. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a curated selection of therapeutic sound instruments, this session guides participants into a meditative state where stress can soften, the mind can quiet, and the body can return to balance. The frequencies work gently through the energetic and physical body, supporting emotional clarity, improved rest, and an overall sense of grounding and renewal. This accessible community offering is ideal for anyone seeking natural stress relief, emotional recalibration, or a deeper connection to self. No prior experience is required. Participants are encouraged to bring personal items for comfort, such as a yoga mat, eye cover, pillow, and blanket to fully immerse in the experience. **Sessions are held within our LEVITATE space, with occasional community collaborations at curated partner locations. **Cushioned massage beds are available for an additional $25 per person (limited to 3 beds per session) for those seeking an enhanced level of comfort during the experience. **Thin yoga mats are available for purchase.
