For anyone new, we always begin with a Medicinal Energy Consultation. This is our foundation session where we take time to understand what your body, energy, and life have been holding. The session includes focused energy medicine to support the body’s natural recovery processes, along with personalized suggestions for supportive practices or natural remedies to aid integration. From there, Energy Medicine Sessions allow us to continue the work and deepen the healing over time.
